It is illegal for any agency to charge anything different than ten percent of the full bail amount for a bail bond.

In order to set up a payment plan, our agent will have to meet with you so that you guys could discuss a payment plan that work around your budget..

How much interest will I pay for financing a bail bond?

You will not pay any interest on a bail bond from our company. We may need to collect some form of collateral though.

What happens if I miss my Court Date?

If you miss your court date, it is not the end of the world, as long as you contact your bondsman immediately. He or she will tell you how to get your court date rescheduled.

What is a misdemeanor?

A misdemeanor is any crime that holds a level of seriousness, but is not as bad as a felony. These crimes could be punishable by up to a year in jail or a fine with some form of probation.

What is a felony?

A felony is any crime that holds a higher level of seriousness than a felony and is punishable by at least one year in jail with a fine and some form of probation.
